Michelle Bailey, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a variety of healthcare experience over the last 25 years. Her career has taken her from bedside nursing to clinical education, hospital management, and then onward to advanced practice medicine, giving her a well-rounded foundation in patient care.

As a healthcare provider, Michelle believes the best outcomes come from combining research-based medicine with a genuine patient connection. Her approach centers on listening carefully, educating patients, and helping them feel informed and confident in their care. With a passion for skin health, aesthetic medicine, and evidence-based care, she combines her clinical expertise with a personalized approach to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful, and confident skin.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active, and has a passion for continuing education, both professionally and personally.
