SALT provides mobile, nurse-delivered wellness services, which may include IV therapy, GLP-1 weight loss support, NAD+, aesthetic services, lab testing, TRT, and related offerings. All services are subject to clinical eligibility, provider judgment, applicable law, and our separate informed-consent and disclosure documents, including our Disclosure of Point of Care Services. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and your use of this website does not create a provider-patient relationship.
