Questions about

Portland, TN

what people ask us here.

What is NAD+ therapy?

Every cell in your body relies on NAD+ to produce energy and function well, and levels naturally decline with age, stress, and everyday demands. NAD+ therapy supports energy, recovery, mental clarity, and healthy aging.

What is the difference between NAD+ and Niagen®?

NAD+ delivers NAD+ directly into your bloodstream. Niagen® provides the building blocks your body uses to create NAD+ as it is needed, with a shorter infusion time that is generally very well tolerated. NAD+ costs less to start, and Niagen® is the easier infusion.

Why a package instead of one treatment?

Packages allow for proper loading doses followed by consistent maintenance, ensuring NAD+ levels remain high enough to deliver ongoing benefits. A single session is best once you have completed a package and want to maintain your levels.

How much does NAD+ therapy cost in Portland, TN?

The NAD+ Basic Start package is $995 and the stronger start is $1145, and each covers 3 months. The Niagen® Basic Start package is $1749 and covers about 3 months. A single NAD+ visit runs $99 to $399 depending on the dose, a single Niagen® visit is $699 with a Boost IV included, and refill vials of either are $499.

Do I inject it myself at home?

The packages include self-administered doses between visits. Your nurse walks you through injection technique, storage, and timing at your first visit, and you can contact your nurse any time with questions.

Will I feel it during the infusion?

NAD+ infusions run slowly for a reason, and some people find them intense. If you have found NAD+ infusions leave you more fatigued, you may tolerate Niagen® better. Your nurse stays with you the whole time either way.

Who should not take NAD+ or Niagen®?

They are not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, are being treated for active cancer without your oncologist's clearance, or have significant kidney or liver disease or uncontrolled heart disease.

Can I use my HSA card?

Yes. We accept HSA cards, and we provide an itemized receipt for every visit.
