why i do this.

I’m a mobile IV nurse with SALT. Hydration & Wellness, proudly serving the Cheyenne, WY area. I’ve been a licensed nurse since 2015, graduating from Laramie County Community College and later earning my degree from the University of Wyoming in 2017. I hold certifications in IV therapy, ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Over the years, I’ve worked on a med/surg floor, provided care as a detention center nurse, and for the past seven years, I’ve been at an outpatient surgery center where I handle pre-op, PACU, and occasionally circulate during procedures. My approach to patient care is caring, fun, light-hearted, and always detail-oriented. I believe in supporting the whole person—mind and body—through a wellness-focused lens. I was inspired to become a nurse after undergoing brain surgery as a child; the compassionate care I received left a lasting impression and sparked my desire to help others feel better. On a personal note, I have over 30 chickens, tend a garden, and love making sourdough bread—it’s my favorite way to unwind!
