NAD+ Therapy

Two ways to support the same thing. NAD+ delivers it directly, Niagen gives your body the building blocks to make its own. Both by IV or injection, at home.

NAD+ and Niagen: What Is the Difference?

Every cell in your body relies on NAD+ to produce energy and function optimally. As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, which may contribute to fatigue, slower recovery, decreased mental clarity, and reduced cellular resilience. We offer two ways to address that, and your nurse can help you choose.

NAD+

NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is essential for cellular energy production, DNA repair, and overall metabolic function. It helps reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, potentially slowing down the aging process and improving cognitive function. NAD therapy can enhance physical endurance, recovery, and overall vitality. Delivered by IV or injection, it puts NAD+ directly into your bloodstream.

Niagen®

Niagen® (nicotinamide riboside chloride) is a patented form of vitamin B3 that helps your body naturally produce NAD+, one of the most important molecules for cellular energy, repair, and healthy aging. Unlike traditional IV NAD+, which delivers NAD+ directly into your bloodstream, Niagen provides the building blocks your body uses to create NAD+ as it is needed. This supports your body's natural cellular processes while offering a faster, more comfortable infusion experience.

Which one is right for you?

Niagen is an excellent option for clients looking to support healthy NAD+ levels with a gentle, convenient approach. Many clients choose Niagen because it offers a shorter infusion time, is generally very well tolerated, and provides an easy way to support long-term cellular health and vitality. Clients who want the more direct route, or who are already familiar with how NAD+ feels, tend to stay with NAD+. Some use both: NAD+ for the bigger reset, Niagen to hold it between visits.

Why a Series Rather Than a Single Treatment

NAD+ levels naturally decline over time due to aging, stress, and everyday demands on the body. Rebuilding those levels is a gradual process, not an overnight fix. A series of treatments allows your body to consistently support healthy NAD+ production, helping optimize cellular function over time. With regular treatments, many clients experience lasting improvements in energy, recovery, mental performance, and overall vitality.

Packages allow for proper loading doses followed by consistent maintenance, ensuring NAD levels remain high enough to deliver ongoing benefits. Once you have completed a package, single doses and refill vials are appropriate for maintenance.

What People Use It For

  • Anti-aging and longevity. Improved energy, sharper focus, better cellular repair, and healthier aging. Steady support for mitochondrial function.
  • Autoimmune support. Many clients with autoimmune disease experience chronic fatigue, brain fog, and flare-related symptoms. NAD supports the body at a cellular level to help restore balance and resilience.
  • Weight loss and metabolic health. NAD plays a key role in metabolism and energy production, supporting mitochondrial efficiency, endurance, and fat metabolism alongside lifestyle changes or peptide therapy.

How It Works at Home

Both are self-administered between visits, and your nurse walks you through it. NAD+ is 25 units three times a week for the first two weeks, then 40 units three times a week, never more than three doses per week, and one vial lasts at least eight to nine weeks. Niagen is 50 units two to three times a week, on a schedule like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and one vial lasts 20 doses. Store either in the refrigerator when not in use, and keep Niagen out of the light.

Contact your nurse before you run out. For NAD+ that is around six weeks in, and for Niagen when you have about two weeks left. Niagen has to be ordered ahead so it can be delivered to your home, which takes roughly five business days.
