NAD+ infusions run slowly for a reason, and some people find them intense. If you have found NAD+ infusions leave you more fatigued, you may tolerate Niagen® better. Your nurse stays with you the whole time either way.

Who should not take NAD+ or Niagen®?

They are not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, are being treated for active cancer without your oncologist's clearance, or have significant kidney or liver disease or uncontrolled heart disease.
